Carneros hosts the Pie Workshop on the first three Saturdays in November from 3–4 PM, offering a hands-on experience where guests learn to make a seasonal pie from scratch. Open to the public, each class provides step-by-step guidance on preparing the dough, creating the filling, and finishing the pie.

Guests meet at Market before heading outdoors to enjoy the crisp fall air while baking. A glass of wine or warm beverage can be purchased to enjoy during the workshop. Participants take home recipe cards, prepared dough, and filling to bake their pie at home.

November 7 features Apple Pie, November 14 features Pumpkin Pie, and November 21 features Pecan Pie. Capacity is limited to provide an intimate experience.
