Susan creates the menus for their wine and food pairing experiences, winery events, and private lunches and dinners. She has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, having worked at Coyote Café in Santa Fe and Square One in San Francisco.
Mike also has a background in restaurants. As a chef curious about winemaking, he took a harvest position in Napa Valley and decided he liked making wine more than cooking.
