Experience the vibrant flavors of Spain at Cakebread Cellarsdf with a hands-on cooking class celebrating tapas and paella. Learn to prepare traditional Spanish small plates and two delicious variations of paella, all cooked over an open flame in the winery’s outdoor grill area. Enjoy dishes like Spanish pork skewers, shrimp deviled eggs, and crostini with crab brandade, followed by seafood and chicken paella, and a sweet honey-almond semifreddo.

Held at the Winery House Kitchen, this experience includes a winery and garden tour (weather permitting), an appetizer reception, and a three-course lunch paired with Cakebread Cellars wines. Guests leave with a Cakebread apron, recipe booklet, wine notes, and memorable moments.
