From the Villa San Carlo Hotel in Cortemilia, Piedmont’s unofficial capital of truffles and hazelnuts, La Toque is pleased to welcome back for the sixth year, Chef Carlo Zarri.
Chef Carlo, who arrives each year with the most pungent luggage in Italy, will be joining forces with Chef Ken Frank for another memorable white and black truffle accented menu.
The event begins with a 6:30pm Reception followed by a 7:00pm Dinner Seating. This special 5-Course Menu is $150+ per person with optional Wine Pairings at $68+ per person. A credit card is required to hold your spot so please call the restaurant directly to reserve your table.
