The event will kick off with a welcome reception followed by a multi-course seasonal pairing menu expertly prepared by Chef Britny. Chef’s spring pairings will include local seasonal produce such as kohlrabi and ramps and creative twists on traditional dishes such as Bison Osso Buco with red cabbage puree, Irish soda bread, and sauteed spring vegetables.
All dishes will be expertly crafted and paired with Sequoia Grove Vineyard Series Cabernet, including rare library selections highlighting our terroir-focused Napa Valley winemaking expertise.
