At The Grill, Silverado Resort’s signature restaurant, Executive Chef Patrick Prager, Chef de Cuisine Pablo Jacinto and Pastry Chef Devon Pritchard will create a romantically inspired three-course Valentine’s dinner starting with a decadent amuse bouche, including seductive epicurean delights and ending with a memorable dessert. It’s all to be savored in the newly freshened up The Grill – crisp, airy and contemporary, bright and multi-textured, relaxing with a spacious, inviting new bar area.
The Amuse is Caviar & Hamachi Tart with hamachi tartare, osetra caviar, pickled shallots and garden herbs. Wine pairing is Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs, 2018. First Course Appetizer is Seared Diver Scallops served with pommes puree, melted leeks and truffle foam. Wine pairing is Flowers Chardonnay, 2021. The Entrée is Grilled Filet Mignon accompanied by potato gratin, creamed spinach and truffle bordelaise. Wine pairing is Louis M. Martini Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019. To sweetly end this special evening, decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake will be served with dark chocolate mousse, TCHO cremeux, candied cocoa nibs and raspberry gastrique. The dessert wine pairing is Terra d’Oro Port. The Grill’s customary menu will also be offered.
