This grand classic Thanksgiving Buffet is held in the magnificent Mansion Ballroom and on the adjoining scenic Fairway Deck at Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa.
The menu includes a variety of dishes starting with Honeynut Squash Soup with crème fraiche and salted pepitas, Artisanal Cheeses and Local & Imported Charcuterie. There will also be Spinach & Mascarpone Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms; a lavish Seafood Display featuring prawns, oysters, crab, clams, scallops and langoustine; Baby Beet Salad; Twice Baked Delicata Squash with toasted meringue; and Brussels Sprouts with pancetta and almonds.
For hearty appetites, enjoy Roasted Diestel Ranch Turkey, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Butter Poached Maine Lobster and Pumpkin Gnocchi with apples, chestnut and sage will be served. Tri-Color Sweet Potatoes, Bacon Sourdough Stuffing, Potato Puree, Heirloom Baby Carrots and Brandy Cranberry Sauce are wonderful sides. For sweetness, there will be Assorted Pies, Cakes and Petit Fours.
Seatings are every half hour, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
