This Is My Brave is a show about what it’s like to live through mental health issues and come out on the other side. Join This Is My Brave at Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center for a live on stage show of people from the community telling their stories of mental health recovery through touching essays, original music, comedy, dance, and poetry.
