You’ll be greeted with a glass of Sinskey’s “fine wine from organic vines” upon your arrival. Join Chief Scientist Dr. Paul Thomas and Chief Truffle Officer Robert Chang of the American Truffle Company, and Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards as they provide insights into planting and managing a working truffle orchard.
