The evening begins with a reception featuring Roederer Estate’s classic sparkling wine served with elegant truffle canapes, followed by a superb multi-course truffle menu impeccably paired with some of the world’s finest library and reserve wines, hand-selected by Chef Ken Frank and his team of sommeliers to complement the extraordinary and complex flavors of the black truffle dishes.
