Winter Pruning & Brunch at PEJU begins with an invitation to step into the vineyard and experience PEJU from the ground up. This intimate, hands-on event welcomes a small group to join PEJU’s vineyard and winemaking team during one of the most important moments of the growing season. Guests start with a guided winter pruning demonstration in the vineyard, learning how each cut shapes the vine and the future harvest. The experience then transitions to the winery for a seated brunch and engaging conversation with winemaker Sara, offering a direct connection between vineyard work and what ends up in the glass. Designed to be participatory, educational, and personal, this rare experience provides meaningful insight into PEJU’s craft from vine to wine.
This event is 21+ only. Closed-toe shoes are required. Waivers must be signed. Weather dependent and may be canceled if conditions are unsafe.
