Originally from Mexico, Laura has worked at prestigious restaurants around the world. After graduating the Culinary Institute of America in 2014, she now calls San Francisco home and has made a name for herself with Istanbul Modern SF, Noosh and now runs one of the hottest restaurants in the City, Dalida, in the Presidio National Park Site. Her menu at The Grove is a chance for everyone who struggles to get a table at Dalida to taste her perspective on world food trends.
Each guest chef event will feature wines from Une Femme Wines and other local and noted female winemakers.
