Davies Cabernet Sauvignon from the Diamond Mountain Estate, showcasing the elegance and depth that magnums bring over time.
Throughout the afternoon, chef John Di Filippo will fire up his wood-burning oven, serving naturally leavened, blistered-crust pizzas made with fresh, seasonal ingredients designed to pair beautifully with both sparkling and cellar-aged wines. Featured highlights include the newly released Querencia Brut Rosé, offering crisp acidity, creamy texture, and bright red fruit notes—perfect for summer sipping.
