A Taste for Cabernet at Dusk invites guests to an intimate wine and food pairing at Sequoia Grove Winery. Hosted in the private Cambium Room, this 90-minute experience showcases the versatility of Cabernet Sauvignon through a multi-course menu crafted by Winery Chef Bryce Palmer.

Guests will explore single-vineyard selections, Reserve Cabernet, and the flagship Cambium, each paired with inventive dishes that highlight Sequoia Grove’s distinctive terroir.

Limited evening seatings are offered at 5:30 PM on select Fridays: January 16, March 20, April 10, June 19, and October 16, 2026. Reservations are limited, with a maximum of six guests per party. All attendees must be 21 or older.
