The Redwood Ice Theatre Company returns to The Village Ice Skating Rink for Merry Meritage on Ice Performance. Show 1 runs 5:00 PM–5:30 PM, and Show 2 is 7:00 PM–7:30 PM. Guests can enjoy dazzling festive routines and skilled skating performances. All Merry Meritage on Ice shows are free to attend.

Enjoy a selection of their finest wines and a curated wine & cheese pairing for up to six guests. This magical 90-minute experience, offered Fridays and Saturdays from November 28 through January 3, is perfect for creating memorable moments with family and friends. Reservations are required.

Executive Chef Alejandro Ayala has prepared carefully curated four-course menus for each day, Christmas Eve features Seared Squab and Black Angus Rib Eye, while Christmas Day highlights Parsley-Crusted Halibut and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin.

Cellar-selected wines will be available, with an optional Estate Pairing at $95 per person. Reservations are required, and every table, whether for two or ten, will be specially adorned. A children’s menu is available, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.

From December 29th – 31st, jazz superstar Brian Culbertson returns to Blue Note Napa for a special year-end New Year’s Celebration Residency. Guests will enjoy an intimate evening of world-class music, fine Napa Valley wines, and a Wine Country–inspired menu. With fewer than 185 seats, each show offers a uniquely personal concert experience. An exclusive end-of-year menu will be available for purchase.. Food, wine, cocktails, and gratuity are not included in the ticket price.

Held on the first floor of the historic Napa Valley Opera House, Blue Note Napa is an intimate live music club featuring top local and global artists. A full dinner menu and wide selection of wines and cocktails are offered before and during the show. Age requirement of 8+.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with an intimate evening at Forum at Meadowood. Chef Alejandro Ayala presents a five-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients from the estate garden and local purveyors, paired with wines from the Meadowood cellar. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary sparkling wine toast, and a special moment at 9:00 pm marks the East Coast ball drop.

The Estate Pairing, drawn from the Meadowood cellar, is available for $145 per person, with cocktails and wines by the bottle offered à la carte. Vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary accommodations can be arranged with advance notice. All seatings require advance ticket purchase.

Midnight in Paris: A Legacy NYE Celebration invites guests to welcome the New Year aboard the Legacy train with an unforgettable culinary and wine-country experience. This festive six-hour journey pays tribute to 1976, a defining year in Napa Valley history, while treating guests to a sensory celebration through the heart of Wine Country.

The evening includes a wine selection honoring the famed Judgment of Paris, a three-course gourmet meal served in beautifully restored 1915 Pullman cars, and a two-hour celebration at Grgich Hills Estate. At 3 PM Napa time, guests join in a “midnight in Paris” toast with Paris Commemorative Chardonnay before dancing their way back on the return trip.

Highlights include a welcome glass of sparkling wine, digital boarding photo, tastings aboard an open-air car, views of the iconic Napa Valley welcome sign, and wine tasting with appetizers during the Paris-themed ball drop at Grgich Hills Estate.
