The Elusa Chef Series: A Hog Roast in the Vineyard at Elusa Winery on June 6th, an immersive evening of food and wine set in the estate vineyard. Acclaimed Bay Area chefs Ray Tang and Steve Litke return to host a rustic hog roast, paired with a special grower-focused dinner featuring wines from Kenefick Ranch.

Guests will explore the terroir of Calistoga alongside second-generation owners Chris and Kali Kenefick during a guided walk through the historic, family-owned vineyard. The experience continues with a seated dinner in the vineyard, highlighting Elusa’s single-vineyard selections from Kenefick Ranch, including highly allocated Cabernet Franc and a 99-point Cabernet Sauvignon.

More than a festival, the experience serves as a platform to elevate Black voices in the food and beverage industry, offering opportunities for networking, education, and discovery. A Taste for Cabernet at Dusk invites guests to an intimate wine and food pairing at Sequoia Grove Winery. Hosted in the private Cambium Room, this 90-minute experience showcases the versatility of Cabernet Sauvignon through a multi-course menu crafted by Winery Chef Bryce Palmer.

Guests will explore single-vineyard selections, Reserve Cabernet, and the flagship Cambium, each paired with inventive dishes that highlight Sequoia Grove’s distinctive terroir.
