Throughout the event, enjoy delicious small bites from Chef Nic along with artisanal tastings from Journeyman Meats, Dunham Olive Oil, and more. A guest favorite returns with live bottle etching, where PEJU wines are personalized in real time, creating keepsakes and memorable gifts.

From November 28 – December 7, enjoy two splashes at 20+ tasting rooms, including Bazan Cellars, Levendi, Walt Wines and more, as you sip, shop, and celebrate the most festive time of year.

The menu also includes Endive, Fig & Blue Cheese Tartlets, Smoked Sturgeon Pâté, Mushroom Caps with Leek & Fromage Blanc, French Onion Soup with Gruyère Soufflé, and Chocolate-Caramel-Sea Salt Tart. Held in the Winery House Kitchen, the class includes a winery and culinary garden tour (weather permitting), appetizer reception, and three-course lunch.
