Napa Valley Resilience Group and Lincoln Theater invite you to a FREE workshop for community-wide healing and resiliency-building. Recent events have taken a toll on us all in Napa County, including wildfires, the loss of treasured community members to gun violence, suicide and tragic accidents, and fears of immigrant family separations.

Join Napa Valley community leaders for a free workshop that will help us move through and beyond trauma and take an important step toward becoming a more resilient, self-healing and inclusive Napa Valley. The workshop will be led by the internationally acclaimed Center for Mind-Body Medicine, with Founder and Executive Director James S. Gordon, MD, psychiatrist and world leader in healing population-wide psychological trauma.
