While the names may sound fancy, bistro and brasserie dishes are rooted in hearty, everyday cooking shaped by tradition and necessity. In this hands-on class for adults 18 and over, you’ll learn to prepare iconic favorites like beef stewed in red wine, a creamy leek and cheese tart, and classic chocolate mousse. CIA chefs will also demonstrate essential techniques for making a traditional French omelet and a decadent croque monsieur—perfect for recreating Parisian comfort food at home.
The experience includes four hours of hands-on instruction, followed by time to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, paired with wine.
