In cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco, CIA at Copia will host demonstrations and a dinner featuring exceptional Italian chefs, Patrizia Pasqualetti, second generation gelato chef and owner of Gelato by Patrizia (as seen at Eataly), and Viola Buitoni, acclaimed chef instructor and food writer. It promises to be a fun-filled day dedicated to Italian cuisine and culture.
