Push your body to new to a level with this special two-hour retreat at the picturesque Carneros Resort and Spa. In the first hour you’ll get energized, aligned, and toned with Denise. Denise incorporates mat pilates and basic fitness fundamentals so you receive a low-impact, total body workout.
Ines will join you in hour two and coach you through an hour long bootcamp. Ines will incorporate techniques to help you develop core strength, balance, agility, and flexibility.
By the end of the two hours, you’ll have a complete and well-rounded workout!
