But with the increasing availability of animal-free ingredients and just a bit of know-how, creating rich, exciting, and delicious desserts is a piece of (low in saturated fat and cruelty-free) cake! Join them for a 3-day, hands-on boot camp where they’ll explore the secret life of chickpeas, creamy ingredients that are better than the real thing, and the wide world of egg-free leavening. This boot camp can be paired with their Plant-Forward Cooking class, because dessert can’t always be the best part of a meal.
