Their Wine & Food Pairing is 2 hours of fun, engaging “edu-tainment” set in their underground barrel aging cellars. Guests are greeted with Prestige Cuvée (bubbles) and guided on a brief tour of their Estate vineyard and production areas prior to their pairing. Prepare to have your senses amazed during the seated tasting lead by V. Sattui’s expert staff pairing five phenomenal wines with five sumptuous culinary creations.
