Hess Persson Estates

Hess Persson Estates is a family-owned winery located on Mount Veeder, off the beaten path in Napa Valley. Donald Hess founded the Hess Collection Winery in 1978 and opened to the public with The Hess Art Collection in 1989. The Collection holds several incredible, memorable pieces from contemporary and undersung artists around the world. The Hess Art Collection is open to the public and free to view; we simply ask that you make a reservation.

Now led by the family's second generation, Tim and Sabrina Persson, Hess Persson Estates specializes in world-class Cabernet Sauvignon with a focus on sustainability in the vineyard and in the cellar. The winery has been recognized globally for the wines of Hess Collection, Lion Tamer, Panthera, and their winery-exclusive Small Block Series.
